Does a couple still pay the full amount?
P1,400 is per couple. P750 per single entry ticket
Do you hire tents?
No, we don’t hire tents, individuals must bring their own tents however the KRD1 villages have tents for hire and payment for tents should be made in advance @ Pxxx per night
Do you have day tickets?
No, we don’t as we would not be able to control the crowds.
Would you have a cash bar?
We would encourage patrons to bring their own drinks. However, all efforts will be made to have local commerce provide a cash bar at their own risk. Also, the village has two bars should patrons need to top up.
If one wants to stay beyond Sunday how will the Sponsors support?
We can only use the place up to Monday midday as we need to clean the place and leave it in a state, we found it in. The Pan is pristine and must be always kept this way.
How do we get to Ngwatle?
The suggested route is Gaborone through Jwaneng, turn-off at Kang, through Hukuntsi to Zutswa. There are other alternative routes though for the adventurous. Google Maps would be a great assist.
Who are the service providers for the event?
In the majority all goods and services will be sourced from the people of KRD1 (Ngwatle, Ukhwi & Monong) and surrounding villages save for those that cannot be provided locally.
